1. My travel plans have changed. How do I modify my reservation?
Easy! Please contact Roseman Administration vie telephone or e-Mail. We will take care of your request immediately.


2. How do I cancel the reservation?
Just send us an e-mail.
Cancellations are subject to the terms & conditions of our cancellation policy

3. Where do I find the cancellation policy?
You can find the cancellation policy several places throughout the reservations process. Most prominently the cancellation policy is printed on the lease agreement.

4. What is the Cancellation Policy?
Roseman’s Executive Suites have a two weeks cancellation policy.  If you cancel your reservation on or before the two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.


5. Is there a reservation deposit?
We request a $500 deposit. The deposit is applied to your first rental period. Please make all cheques payable to Roseman Corp.


6. How do I extend my stay?
Please contact Roseman Administration via telephone or e-Mail as soon as possible


7. What is included?

We include the following services with our suites:

  • a fully furnished designer-conceived apartment with
    • one bedroom; or
    • two bedrooms, including a queen and double bed, or alternatively, furnished with the second bedroom suitably appointed as an office; or
    • three bedrooms; or
    • three bedroom townhouse;
  • a bright, new, fully equipped kitchen;
  • all utilities, high speed internet, local telephone service and unlimited free long distance within Canada and the USA and 1000 free overseas minutes monthly to select exchanges in 50 countries;
  • cable television in the living room and master bedroom and some second bedrooms;
  • free parking;
  • weekly cleaning of the suite and laundry of bedding and towels.
  • a bathrobe for every adult sized person.

8.  At what time do I check in and check out?
Guests are requested to check in after 2:00 pm on the day of the arrival and check out by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Other arrangements are often available.


9. Do you have interconnecting rooms?
All of our Accommodations are self-contained apartment or townhouse Executive Suites.


10.  Is internet access available?
All units are equipped with dedicated wireless high speed internet access.


11.  Are children welcome?
Children are more than welcome in all of our properties.


12. Is parking available and what is the price?
All Executive Suites and Town homes include complimentary parking. Winnipeg parking includes plug-in; Calgary parking is heated underground.

13. Can I bring my pets to Executive Suites by Roseman?
We are so sorry. Pets are not allowed.


14. What are the laundry facilities?
There is coin operated laundry facility at all of our locations, with in-suite laundry for our Town Houses. Winnipeg location has on-floor laundry while Calgary has a common room facility.


15. When is the Suite cleaned and how often?
Suites are cleaned weekly. Cleaning includes washing of linens and bedding.


16. Do the suites include towels & linens?
Yes, all of our suites include the appropriate number of towels, linens and terry bath robes to make your stay pleasant.
