Executive Suites by Roseman has a 360 degree view of its responsibilities. We view our responsibilities to our guests first and equal with our responsibility to our staff, our suppliers, and our environment. Our responsibility to our guests goes far beyond a financial contract. We act as hosts to our guests, hosts in the old way of providing all that we can to ensure a happy stay with us. We regularly provide bonuses to staff members who make the guests of our Winnipeg rental housing and Calgary rental housing completely at home. Our regular services in our corporate suites provide a complete suite of services to our guests for one price. There are no extra charges, no gotchas and no upsells. This direct way of doing business has helped both our guests and their companies come to us with complete understanding of their costs.

We treasure our staff members. Each member of our service team and is valued for warm personal qualities, great work ethic and commitment to the comfort of our guests. Our staff members are reliable and great teammates. What can the organization, Roseman Corp, do for the staff? We consider ourselves responsible to make the lives of those who work with us as easy as possible. We recognize that our staff members have children, parents and spouses, all of whom require attention and concern. We enable our staff members to take personal time whenever it is required, and all of us back up the others, whatever the reason for absence. Many of our staff members have expressed their relief at working with a company that respects their other responsibilities.

Our pay scale is above other comparable corporate suites, executive suites, furnished rental apartments or hotels. We ask for the best from our staff, and we provide appropriate rewards. More important, we express our values surrounding customer service by providing frequent bonuses for extraordinary service to guests, and for expressions of guest appreciation.

In addition to our personal obligations to our guests, we respect the environment and have made changes in our purchasing and disposition behaviour in recent years. We were early adopters of power saving lights and appliances. We maintain, not replace, where it is possible, to prevent waste. We actively recycle, with recycling bins both in our suites and in our public areas. Our staff members avoid wasteful behaviour. Our gardens are low maintenance and relatively low water users. Most important, we are conscious of our responsibilities and we are learning new ways to be environmentally responsible.

Our suppliers and contractors are our partners. We consider our behaviour to others an important part of our corporate social responsibility. We pay our suppliers and trades on presentation of the invoice because we do not believe in making people wait for payment. Our trade and supplier partners are considered valuable advisors to the company. We carefully listen to their advice. As a result, we have some business relationships going back two generations.

Long term relationships also apply to our staff. No staff member has quit in seven years.

We attempt to resolve disputes in a reasonable manner. When we have a failure in a relationship we examine ourselves first, to see how we could have made it better. We apologise for our errors.
