Corporate suites are expected to be fully maintained and high quality from the beginning. Our in house and external services are called in regularly to fix every little thing, with a view to making it as good as or better than new. When a suite is vacated, our in house Customer Service Managers inspect your unhotel suite to see what needs to be done. Our checkups occur every time there is an opportunity. When the CSR discovers a maintenance item, she either fixes it herself on the spot or calls in the appropriate internal or external personnel. That’s how we get to be an unhotel and unapartment. Occasionally there is an emergency repair called for. Our staff and contractors understand that our commitment to outstanding service and our desire to prevent further damage demand an immediate response. We are available 24 hours every day for this possibility.
