Your Reception at Executive Suites by Roseman Dear Guest, when you are received by Executive Suites by Roseman, you know that every time you connect with us, it’s personal. You will see how unhotel – like we are. To start, when you want to talk to us about making a reservation, you can telephone toll free, you can use our new web chat system, you can email and Skype, or, you can make a reservation directly on our website. During your contact with us we will offer information, a quote, a special service or anything you want for your visit to our furnished apartments in Winnipeg and our furnished apartments in Calgary. Our customer contact personnel work live around the clock, corresponding to the time zone you live in and work in. Making your reservation with us in our furnished corporate suites is just the beginning of the good service you will receive. You will be greeted at the door by our Customer Service Manager or her representative. When you are shown into your suite the first thing you will see is that we understand how you feel after your travel. The lights are on. There is complimentary food to start you off. Your welcome is complete when you see that we have put milk, soda and water in the fridge. We have coffee and tea, sugar and sweetener. We have breakfast cereal. There is bread or bagels with peanut butter, jam or margarine to spread on it. We have treats too: a bag of wonderful cookies personally taste tested by the President of the company (over and over again), microwave popcorn ready to pop, and best of all, the 5 ounce, 150 gram Roseman Executive Sweet chocolate bar, imprinted with our logo and reallllly good. Our Customer Service Manager will show you all you want to see and then quietly leave so you can get settled in comfort and privacy. Her card will be in the suite should you need anything.
